Why our dates are so special
Our dates, unlike most other dates sold in Europe, are sun-ripened post-harvesting. This means that, after being harvested, they are left in the desert sun for several weeks in order to ripen further and naturally produce their own syrup-like nectar. They are then compactly pressed and vacuum-sealed to maintain their rich, distinctive flavor and syrupy consistency. This process is done in a completely natural way, without the use of chemicals, additives, heat, or sugars. All of our dates are proudly single-sourced. As a product of nature, they are grown on a sustainable, chemical- and pesticide-free farm in the beautiful region of Al Ghat, Saudi Arabia.
